Last week, the EQUATOR Network, a new initiative that aims to improve the quality of health research reporting, held its launch conference at the Royal Society of Medicine in London followed by the 1st EQUATOR Annual Lecture presented by Sir Iain Chalmers.
The meeting was a true success: 180 participants from 14 countries, fantastic speakers and very stimulating atmosphere resulted in lively discussions and lot of thoughts to take home. Presentation slides are now available online, many thanks to all speakers for providing their materials.
The EQUATOR team would also like to thank all meeting participants for many suggestions voiced at the meeting and in many emails that followed the meeting. We will discuss all of those very seriously and try to incorporate them into our future activities.
